I am thrilled with my Factor meals. I work a lot.. a busy realtor on the go any day of the week.. and by the middle of the day I am thinking "What will I do for dinner tonight"? Then I am reminded that in my fridge is a seriously delicious meal that only takes me a few minutes to get on the plate and to the table (or sofa for Netflix and Chill and Eat). This also allows me more time to get to the gym or fit in other things I love to do to relax and de-stress. Best find ever.

It is very convenient and good foods, but expensive. Many of the foods are too spicy for me (beyond which ones are marked Spicy). I have to keep track of which ones I really like and don't like. So far there are 2 on the really like list and 7 on the "do not order again" list.

Love this meal service. I’m a busy school administrator working super long days. The last thing I want to do when I get home is spend another hour on my feet cooking and cleaning. Factor is great for the ease, the quality, and the variety. I’ve loved every meal, am eating healthier than I have in years, and all for less than I was spending on groceries that usually ended up in the trash because I didn’t have time/the will to cook.

One of my meals arrived missing a large piece in the short side of the black plastic tray. I called the phone number for help and the young man, whose name escapes me, was very understanding. He replaced my meal by adding one to my next box. Problem solved in less than 5 minutes.

Unfortunately, after trying many dishes, I've found the taste to be the same. The green beans and asparagus are tough and chewy, sometimes the broccoli. I hate cauliflower rice and Kale, the chicken dishes tastes the same, tho not rubbery, the shrimp is tough. The 1 steak dish I tried was not tender and overdone.
The salmon is well cooked. I liked the spicy Chilli but the braised pork was quite chewy. Luckily, my dog enjoys what I don't.

I love my meals. This last time I didn't get one of the meals I ordered. Instead they sent two of a different one. My daughter eats meat and I don't so she didn't get chicken this week.

I've tried a few meal services. I'm in a season of life where I need healthy, quick meals ready to go. Factor has exceeded my expectations. It's the first ready-made service that provides filling portions (even for teenage boys), tastes fresh, and is healthy! Not every meal has been my favorite, but they all taste good (or great!) and it's definitely been worth the cost considering the quality and convenience.

The convenience of your product is great. No cooking or assembling. Pop it in the microwave and in 2 minutes, I have a good meal. I haven't had one that I thought I don't want to do again, however, there are my favorites and as well my husband, Mr. Picky Pants.

There is one issue though, there is alcohol in most of your dishes. I am very senstive to alcohol and have had some minimal reactions; however, I'd rather not deal with any reactions. Is there a way you can list if there is alcohol in the dish or not? I end up with 2 possibly 3 out of 8 meals we order per week. Mr. Picky Pants, is happy; however, I would like to have the option to choose meals that don't have alcohol.

The quality of FACTOR meals is great! I understand quality comes at a price, but they are just a little too high for my budget. If you can afford it, these meals are the best prepared option I have found and I have tried just about all of them. If you want easy convenient and good quality meals in my opinion, Factor is the best. You will pay a bit more for the quality, but that is to be expected. You get what you pay for!

I’ve skipped boxes they then charged for, have 2 out of 3 weeks deliveries never make it to me, and dealt with the worst customer service. They clearly do not care to delight customers, only to trap them in recurring charges.
